A baking class with sourdough bread

You'll learn how to care for a starter, how to feed a starter, when is the starter ready to use, how to make the pre-ferment, how to stretch & fold the dough, about shaping & scoring. We’ll bake breads to taste and at the end, you'll have sourdough breads rising to bake after class.
